By creating an account or using Daily Overview, you agree to these terms. They’re written to be readable, not scary.
Daily Overview is a free tool that turns calendar links you provide into one organized daily view, with optional reminders and weather. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. Give accurate information at sign‑up, and only add calendars and content you have the right to use. If you’re below the age of digital consent where you live, use Daily Overview with a parent or guardian’s permission.
Use Daily Overview lawfully and follow our Community Guidelines. Don’t misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to break the service or its security. To keep automated abuse out, sign‑up and login may include an automated bot check; you agree to complete it when shown.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms or our guidelines. If we do, you’ll see the reason and can appeal up to twice per suspension. We aim to be fair and human about it.
Your calendars, to‑dos, and settings stay yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them so the app works for you. You can delete your account and data any time in Settings → Account.
Daily Overview is provided free and “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error‑free, or that reminders will always arrive on time. Please don’t rely on it as your only reminder for something critical.
To the extent allowed by law, Daily Overview and its creator aren’t liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from using (or being unable to use) the service, including a missed assignment, event, or deadline.
